Gracias a todos los empleados

    Llevamos algo más de un mes de Teletrabajo (porque por mucho que se diga en inglés, Smart Working es Teletrabajo) y la empresa sigue funcionando. Ahora queda que la empresa también sepa estar a la altura de las circunstancias y que sepa valorar todo este esfuerzo, dedicación y generosidad. Y que lo haga poniendo en marcha un programa de teletrabajo serio, completo, asumiendo el pago de infraestructuras y con todas las garantías.

    We are now over a month on full Teleworking (we prefer Teleworking instance of Smart Working) and the company continues to operate.     Llevamos algo más de un mes de Teletrabajo (porque por mucho que se diga en ingles, Smart Working es Teletrabajo) y la empresa sigue funcionando. Y se ha hecho así por causa de fuerza mayor, sin haber completado ningún piloto previo, sin haber previsto su utilización masiva con tiempo, sin una planificación cuidadosa, sin garantías….pero lo cierto es que la empresa sigue funcionando. Creemos que esto solo es posible gracias a vuestra profesionalidad y generosidad.

    - Gracias por vuestro esfuerzo y dedicación.

    - Gracias en especial a los compañeros de IT, lo que están haciendo es magia.

    - Gracias por vuestro tesón en sacar los proyectos adelante.

    - Gracias por vuestra generosidad al poner al servicio de la empresa vuestras conexiones privadas de baja/media/alta capacidad muchas veces a costa de penalizar a vuestra familia.

    - Gracias por adaptar vuestros hogares, a toda prisa y como mejor habéis podido al trabajo de oficina.

    - Gracias, gracias y mil gracias por vuestro empeño en estos momentos tan difíciles.

    - Gracias por salvar a Huawei España de esta difícil prueba.

    Ahora queda que la empresa también sepa estar a la altura de las circunstancias y que sepa valorar todo este esfuerzo, dedicación y generosidad.

    Y que lo haga poniendo en marcha un programa de teletrabajo serio, completo, asumiendo el pago de infraestructuras y con todas las garantías.
