    Agradecemos que nos recuerden que nuestra empresa no ha hecho nada malo, nada ilegal o poco ético de lo que deba arrepentirse. Pero sinceramente esperábamos algo más. Además de un resumen de lo que ha ocurrido y de lo que queremos, esperábamos más información sobre cómo vamos a actuar en el corto y medio plazo más allá de decir que con coraje y entrega. Esperábamos planes actualizados y concretos, definidos por líneas de negocio. Esperábamos nuevas herramientas y nuevas medidas e indicadores. Esperábamos cifras actualizadas y cifras estimadas en el corto y medio plazo. Esperábamos el anuncio de nuevas maniobras y la redefinición de los frentes por donde actuar.

    We appreciate management staff reminding us that our company has done nothing wrong, anything illegal, unfair or unethical that we should regret. But we honestly expected something more. In addition to a summary of what has happened and what we still keep targets, we expected more information on how we are going to act in the short and medium term, beyond saying that with courage and dedication. We expected updated and concrete plans, defined by business lines. We expected new tools and new measures and indicators. We expected updated figures and estimated figures in the short and medium term. We were waiting for the announcement of new movements and the redefinition of the borders and breaking points on which to act.

    Sobre la conferencia de la dirección de Huawei España a sus empleados.

    Estimados todos:

    La dirección nos presentó un resumen de los acontecimientos desencadenados por la inclusión Huawei en la entity list del gobierno Americano. También un análisis de cómo la prensa ha cubierto este asunto, con detalle pero de una manera plana.

    Todo esto para contextualizar el importante impacto que han tenido y tendrán estos acontecimientos, primero en Huawei y en sus planes de negocio. Pero también, a medio y largo plazo, este en el mercado internacional de la tecnología y en general en todo el comercio mundial.

    Hasta aquí, algo que todos hemos seguido muy de cerca, percibiendo que era muy grave para nuestra empresa y por tanto para nuestro futuro.

    Ciertamente agradecemos que nos recuerden que estas decisiones se han tomado sin poder presentar ninguna prueba de las acusaciones en las que se basa el gobierno americano para tomar estas medidas. Agradecemos que nos recuerden que nuestra empresa no ha hecho nada malo, nada ilegal o poco ético de lo que deba arrepentirse.

    Entendemos y aceptamos la invitación a seguir trabajando duro, a seguir concentrados en los problemas a corto plazo y a seguir como siempre centrados en atender a nuestros clientes con nuestra mejor actitud y profesionalidad.

    Consejos, recomendaciones y palabras de ánimo que agradecemos, pero..

    Pero sinceramente esperábamos algo más. Además de un resumen de lo que ha ocurrido y de lo que queremos, esperábamos más información sobre cómo vamos a actuar en el corto y medio plazo más allá de decir que con coraje y entrega. Esperábamos planes actualizados y concretos, definidos por líneas de negocio. Esperábamos nuevas herramientas y nuevas medidas e indicadores. Esperábamos cifras actualizadas y cifras estimadas en el corto y medio plazo. Esperábamos el anuncio de nuevas maniobras y la redefinición de los frentes por donde actuar.

    En resumen, los empleados esperábamos y esperamos más combustible, más refuerzos, más provisiones, más munición… Mientras tanto seguiremos trabajando duro y buscando soluciones para nuestros clientes. Sin dejar de entender lo injusto y grabe de la posición en la que nos ha puesto la actual administración del gobierno americano, seguiremos preocupados por el futuro de Huawei a corto y medio plaza que entendemos que también es el de sus trabajadores.

    About the Huawei Spain Manager´s conference to its employees

    Dear All,

    Huawei Spain Managers presented us a summary of the events sequence just triggered by the inclusion of Huawei in the entity list of the USA government. Also they did an analysis of how the press has covered this matter, in detail but in a flat way.

    All these just to contextualize the important impact that these events have had and will have, first in Huawei and in their business plans. But also to explain that in the medium and long term it will strong impact in the whole international technology market and in general in the whole world trade.

    So far, something that employees has been following closely, perceiving that it was very serious for our company and therefore for our future.

    We certainly appreciate being reminded that these decisions have been made without being able to present any evidence of the allegations on which the USA government relies to take these measures. We appreciate management staff reminding us that our company has done nothing wrong, anything illegal, unfair or unethical that we should regret.

    We understand and accept the invitation to continue working hard, to remain focused on short-term problems and to continue as always focused on serving our clients with our best attitude and professionalism.

    We appreciate this tips, recommendations and words of encouragement, but ...

    But we honestly expected something more. In addition to a summary of what has happened and what we still keep targets, we expected more information on how we are going to act in the short and medium term, beyond saying that with courage and dedication. We expected updated and concrete plans, defined by business lines. We expected new tools and new measures and indicators. We expected updated figures and estimated figures in the short and medium term. We were waiting for the announcement of new movements and the redefinition of the borders and breaking points on which to act.

    In summary, the employees expected and expected more fuel, more reinforcements, more supplies, more weapons, more ammunition and bullets… In the meantime, we will continue working hard and looking for solutions for our clients. While understanding the unfair and seriousness of the matter in which the current administration of the American government has put us, the true is that we will continue to be concerned about the future of Huawei in the short and medium term that we understand is also that of its workers.
